Paramedic Program
The Paramedic program is designed to prepare Emergency Medical Technicians to provide advanced life support to sick and injured patients. Paramedic is the advanced licensure one must obtain in the State of Michigan to work on an ambulance providing advanced medical interventions. Our courses exceed the US-DOT’s National Standard Curriculum and are approved by the MDHHS.
The primary objective of American Training Institute is to prepare competent entry-level Paramedics in the cognitive (knowledge), psychomotor (skills), and affective (behavior) learning domains with or without exit points at the Advanced Emergency Medical Technician and/or Emergency Medical Technician, and/or Emergency Medical Responder levels.
Note: No graduates during the 2021 reporting year
